Acetaldehyde - Trifluoroborane: A Lewis Acid - Lewis Base Complex

This Lewis Acid-Lewis Base complex formed between trifluoroborane and acetaldehyde. The result of the complexation is an increased positive charge on the carbonyl carbon. We will use this type of Lewis acid complexation often to affect an "activation" of the carbonyl group. Draw the resonance forms that describe this complex.
