Dodecahedrane

The essence of the Platonic polyhedra lies with the fact that all faces are the exactly same. The tetradron and the octaeder are polyhedra built with triangles and the cube is built with squares. With five-membered rings you get a dodecahedron. Dodecahedrane is the polycyclic alkane whose C-skeleton forms such a dodecahedron.
