Cyclopropene

This alkene is highly strained! Cyclopropane is already very much strained and the double bond increases the ring strain even more. Note that the C=C double bond is 1.276 Angstroems long and that is much shorter than a typical C=C double bond. Can you provide an explanation for this structural feature?
