In fact, the interstate peer reviews turned out a bit higher. Take a look at the histogram for both groups and you will find an interesting difference. The distribution in the MU peer review scores is broader, 84 - 98, than that of the UCD peer review, 90 - 98. A good distribution is a desirable feature and reflects well on the ability of the peer reviewers. Best, RG.
