Subject: group project article

Hi Dr. Glaser:

I know Ben Stoller e-mailed you our names, but he says he didn't give us a
group name. So we are The Chemistry Dorks
	Rae Dishinger c741527@showme.missouri.edu
	Cale Estabrook 714554
	David Berry 719401
	Benjamin Stoller 699164
	Michael Staed 744082
	Rachel Walsh 746495

Here is our idea for the group project: we found an article on trade.com,
an online newspaper put out by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Both of these articles deal with Germany's decision to outlaw certain azo
dyes containing aromatic amines.

	http://www.tdctrade.com/alert/eu9906.htm
	http://www.tdctrade.com/alert/eu9612.htm

According to The China Chemical News, the dyes include any azo dyestuff
that can be decomposed into any of the following Amines:
4-aminodiphenyl 0-aminoazotoluol
4-Chloro-0-Toluidine P-chloroaniline
2-Naphthylamine 2,4-Diaminoanisol
4,4-Diaminodiphenylmethan 3,3-dichlorobenzidine

and several others listed on China Chemical News at
http://www.skychem.com/news.htm.

We, the Chemistry Dorks would like to use this as our project. Is this
okay?

Thank you for your time!

Ben Stoller, Michael Staed, and Rachel Walsh
